Sleeves

Tunco sleeves can outlast paper sleeves 50 to 1. No lapped edges to come apart. Splitting and tear-off are eliminated. Excellent for flash removal, deburring, shaping, sanding, and hole sizing. Designed for use on air tools, portable electric drills, bench grinders, or drill presses. Use with Tunco rubber drums ( sold separately ). Other grit sizes available on special order. Long lasting discs and sheets are available in 5 standard grit sizes to suit any flat surface work. All discs have a universal star arbor hole for secure mounting and easy removal. Rubber backing pads ( sold separately ) support entire disc area. Heavy duty pads ( illustrated below ) have molded air scoops for cooler operation, and a disc center nut with a 5/8"-11 thread to fit all major brands of sanders. Use light duty pads for electric drills with a 1/4" chuck or larger. Orbital sheets are designed to fit any 7" or 9" platen on an orbital or straight line sander. Widths are 3 5/8" and 4 1/2" respectively. Hand sanding blocks are lightweight with an easy grip design to minimize operator fatigue.
