Sanding Sleeves
Sleeves for Flash Removal, Deburring, Shaping, Sanding & Hole-Sizing
No more lapped edges, splitting, or tearing off! Our sanding sleeves will outlast regular paper sanding sleeves. Our sleeves are designed for use with air tools, portable electric drills, bench grinders, and drill presses, and our own rubber sanding drums. They are excellent for flash removal, deburring, shaping, sanding, and hole-sizing.
Sleeve Sizes
Tunco’s sanding sleeves have three grit options: 60, 36, and 24. Other grit sizes are available upon special request. They come in the following sizes:
