GRINDING DISCS
Our new tire-shaping discs are the premier grinding discs on the market, designed with a universal star arbor hole and multi-sanding surface. Our discs can cut with both the O.D. and the face of the discs so that your disc keeps its efficiency. They are precisely balanced for maximum RPM use per diameter to ensure the highest-quality grind for your shaping and sharpening needs.
Product Details
- Manufactured from a one-piece CNC machined blank in 4 1/4- or 7-inch diameter
- Stock grit sizes of #24 grit (fine), #16 grit (medium), and #12 grit (coarse)
- Customizable in sizes up to 7 inches in diameter
- Supplied with a stock 5/8-11 tapped hole
- Coated with superior grade crushed tungsten carbide
GRINDING WHEELS
We use computer-aided design services along with the latest CNC machining technology to produce grinding wheels to your exact specifications. We recommend either our tungsten carbide or patented Di-Carb™ abrasive surface to provide fast, precise grinding, shaping, and finishing. We also provide complete reconditioning and re-coating on steel-based wheels.
Rotary Burrs
Our rotary burrs come in a wide range of bit shapes, all of which are available in 24-, 36-, and 60-grit surfaces. We also offer custom burr and router bit shapes created to your specifications and dimensions.
